    By submitting User Content, you grant BootstrapArena anon-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify, and distribute the content solely for operating and promoting the Platform.

    6.3 Moderation

    We may remove or limit visibility of any content at any time,without obligation to provide justification.

    7. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
    • Upload misleading, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or NSFW material
    • Promote real-money gambling or illegal services
    • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
    • Interfere with Platform security or functionality
    • Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate rankings, votes, or visibility
    • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or inflate metrics
    • Attempt to exploit or game the Platform’s systems

    8. Anti-Manipulation Policy

    8.1 Zero Tolerance

    Any attempt to artificially influence rankings, engagement, or visibility is strictly prohibited.

    8.2 Enforcement

    BootstrapArena may, at its sole discretion:

    • Remove listings, metrics, or content
    • Suspend or permanently ban accounts
    • Invalidate paid or unpaid promotional results

    These actions may occur regardless of whether a user has purchased paid services.

    8.3 No Refunds for Abuse

    Payments associated with abusive or manipulative behavior are non-refundable.

    9. Intellectual Property

    9.1 Platform Ownership

    The Platform and its original content, layout, and functionality are owned by BootstrapArena and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    9.2 Third-Party Materials

    All third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

    10. Listings and Information

    10.1 Submissions

    By submitting a product or project, you confirm you have the authority to do so and thatall information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

    10.2 No Endorsement

    Listings do not imply verification, approval, or endorsement by BootstrapArena.

    10.3 Accuracy Disclaimer

    We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted information.

    11. Paid Features & EU Consumer Rights

    11.1 Digital Services

    Paid features relate to digital promotional exposure, prioritization, or visibility.

    11.2 Right of Withdrawal

    In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once:

    • Digital services have started
    • You expressly consent to immediate execution

    By purchasing paid services, you acknowledge and accept this.

    11.3 Pricing & VAT

    All prices are shown in euros (EUR). VAT may be applied where required by EU law.

    12. Refund Policy

    12.1 General Rule

    Delivered or active digital promotional services are non-refundable.

    12.2 Exceptions

    Refunds or credits may be considered if:

    • A technical fault prevented delivery
    • A major service outage occurred
    • An error was caused solely by our systems

    13. Third-Party Services
